Of course.

I'm sorry, but I don't know where you two get your ideas from, you cannot copyright an idea, it is infact the least possible thing to copyright of anything next to something that hasn't been thought yet.

You can aquire a patent for an idea, but even that has limitations.

I could go out and make a site identical in function to that one and be completely free from legal prosecution.

patent is the form of copyright wow, because that makes it legal so nobody can copy your idea but they can make something similar

and usually u get a business license and that singles as a patent also mostly patens are for inventions

there really inst a save thing in starting a busness, there is no safe things everything is a risk to your company each desicion could effect your company in one way i would take the 5mill because faint's family is willing to take that rick and basically when you start any company you have to know what risk there are before you start it or you will make onreasonable decisions that will effect your company
