[PHP] Timezone Conversions

Well, this is what I'm trying to do...
I'm going to insert the date/time something happened into a database. Then, I want to be able to take what was inserted and convert it to match a user-specified timezone. Any ideas?

Yea, but on MSN I told you that I couldn't get it to work?
But I'll try it again when I get home from lunch.
